Salmon, king of the northern sea today is known as one of the healthiest foods. It is a fish that lives in the sea and spawn in the river or lake water. The main advantage of Salmon is, its rich in omega 3 fatty acids and an excellent source of high quality protein. Contains minerals selenium, magnesium and phosphorus. Salmon has a good proportion of vitamins as well. About 100 grams of salmon contains the daily requirement of vitamin D and, half the daily requirement for vitamin B3 & B12. It is also rich in vitamins A, E, and B6.
