Petar Matković rođen je u Dubrovniku i proveo većinu svog života u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama. Vratio se u Dubrovnik 2015. godine, te otvorio vlastiti restoran. Petar ima dugogodišnje iskustvo u ugostiteljstvu kao konobar, kuhar, a kasnije i upravitelj raznim poznatim restoranima na istočnoj i zapadnoj obali SAD-a.

Igor ima više od deset godina radnog iskustva kao kuhar u hotelima s pet zvjezdica u Dubrovniku. Rođen je u sjevernoj Hrvatskoj, a trenutno živi u Dubrovniku te sada radi kao izvršni kuhar u Tavern Arka restoranu u Zatonu, Dubrovnik. Početkom 2016. godine, Igor se oženio te nedavno postao otac.
