Peter Matković was born in Dubrovnik and spend most of his adult life in the United States. He returned to Dubrovnik in 2015 and started his own restaurant business. He gathered extensive experience in the restaurant industry as a waiter, cook and later Managing various well known Restaurant establishments on the east & west cost of the United States.
